About The Villa

Reminiscent of a lively tropical village, this sprawling oceanfront villa –featured in Amazon Prime’s Epic Villa series – was designed for basking in the lush scenery and relishing one of the best beaches in sophisticated Punta Mita.

Villa Palmasola combines cozy private pockets with the delight of expansive common spaces where travelers can gather in the coastal ambiance. It has three separate buildings – the master residence, the guest residence, and the garden suites. Together they have nine elegant bedrooms that sleep up to 22 guests, all impeccably furnished for rest and comfort.

Water is one of the residence’s main features. The 200-foot long pool undulates along the front of the villa, while the swimmable stretch of ocean that extends before the property offers magnificent sunsets and a spectacular venue to watch migrating whales. The other stellar attraction at Palmasola is food. The property has 15 dining venues and an executive chef that specializes in Mexican and French cuisine, making the villa ideal for a gastronomic retreat.

With a team of 17 staff members, including a general manager, waiters, and kitchen staff, Villa Palmasola guarantees topnotch service. Meanwhile, the expansive grounds and the charm of Punta Mita make it perfect for events or private retreats in Mexico’s prime coastal destination.

Palmasola features a complete Meal Plan, including all food and beverages (non alcoholic and alcoholic), for guests. Meals at Palmasola include breakfast served from a small menu, a three-course lunch, midday snacks and a four-course dinner. Please note the Meal Plan is not optional and there is a 6 person minimum with the final guest count being confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival. The price is 18: Adults (18+) $265 per person per night + taxes, Young Adults (12 -17) $165 per person per night + taxes and Children (3 – 11) $100 per child per night + taxes *2 and under are free of charge
Gratuities are always at the discretion of our guests. On average, guests leave between 15–18% of the lodging fee (for the term and Meal Plan combined) for Palmasola’s staff. After check-out, our General Manager will email your final bill for review, and you may add the gratuity at that time. For additional services—such as massages, wellness activities, etc.—gratuity is typically 10%, and may also be added to your final bill

Of Punta Mita’s five beach clubs, two different policies now apply:
- Sea Breeze, St. Regis’ Beach Club, requires a minimum consumption of $85 USD per adult and $45 USD per child aged 6 to 11, payable on the day of each visit.
- For the remaining beach clubs—Kupuri, Pacífico (also known as Residents’), Sufi, and El Surf Club—a flat fee of $66.70USD per adult and $34.80USD per child aged 5 to 12 applies (service fee and tax included). This fee must be paid in advance to allow time for access cards to be printed.
