The ground floor offers access to a large living area, ample sofas and a 65” Smart TV equipped with Sky Plus, Netflix, Youtube, DVD player, etc. The dining area is furnished with an elegant glass dining table for 12 guests, equipped with tableware worthy of a 5-star restaurant.

You will enjoy cooking in a beautifully designed Italian kitchen equipped with semi-professional appliances including a steam convection oven, dishwasher, 6-burner stove top, coffee maker, blender, microwave, 2 refrigerators with ice dispenser and purified water, etc.

The villa offers 6 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and ceiling fans, each furnished with a king-size bed and ensuite Italian-style bathroom. The master room has a Jacuzzi tub for 2 with whirlpool and airpool, while the second master room has a simple bathtub as well as a shower. 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV with Sky Plus, and internet access (Netflix, Youtube etc).

Villa Belfiore is well situated just 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Playa del Carmen and the town center with its charming Quinta Avenida with its typical restaurants, clubs and shops.

Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach the most important parks like Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses as well as enjoy walking or jogging quietly around Playacar with its peaceful golf course surroundings. On foot you can also reach small shopping centers, Starbucks as well as ice cream shops, money exchanges, car rentals, a pharmacy and small supermarkets open 24/7 just in case you need some last-minute supplies.
