Recently constructed across two levels, Villa 3H is a true gem perched above St-Jean with views extending toward the road to Saline. Its semi-circular architectural design maximizes natural light and captures sweeping vistas of the sea and surrounding hillsides. The bright white interior, paired with a vaulted ceiling, creates a refined and airy ambiance. The comfortable lounge opens onto a terrace where an infinity pool appears to blend seamlessly with the ocean beyond. Behind the villa, a lush garden with a gazebo offers a peaceful, secluded hideaway. A barbecue area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, conveniently located next to the elegant dining room. The indoor living spaces are thoughtfully designed to foster serenity and sophistication. On the lower level, a cinema room with plush red armchairs invites guests to enjoy a true theater experience.
Overlooking the dazzling sea, the main infinity pool mirrors the deep blue of the Caribbean, while 180° views provide a mesmerizing backdrop. A covered section of the terrace features daybeds and armchairs in a luxurious setting—perfect for unwinding while enjoying the view or dining al fresco. A second swimming pool, accessible exclusively from the master suite, offers a private oasis surrounded by lush gardens—ideal for peaceful, rejuvenating afternoons.
Villa 3H features nine bedrooms. On the main level, the master suite includes a king-size bed, lounge chairs, ocean views, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and outdoor shower, and a private terrace with sun loungers and a pool. Three additional bedrooms on this level each feature king-size beds, armchairs, TVs, ocean views, private terraces, and en-suite bathrooms. The lower level, accessible via an interior staircase, includes two more beautifully appointed bedrooms with king-size beds, televisions, scenic views, terraces, and en-suite bathrooms. This level also houses two studio accommodations: one includes a king-size bed, kitchenette, and living space, while the other—located in a separate building—offers two bedrooms with a king-size bed and a single bed, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a furnished terrace. Guests will also find a massage room and a fitness area on this floor.
