And, within fifteen minutes of Casa Napa, you’ll find shops, restaurants, historical sites, and more.

Modern Mexican architecture meets the breezy, beachfront lifestyle at Casa Napa, and the combination is pure perfection. The sleek lines and classic black and white color-scheme of the villa are an elegant contrast to the sandy beach terrace and its tropical greenery and mature palm trees. Wide openings ensure fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight fill interior spaces, embracing the highly desirable environment of Tulum. The open concept floor plan makes Napa a great space for hosting large groups, while smaller areas like home gym, steam room, media room, wet bar, and rooftop terrace ensure there’s always somewhere to go when a little extra privacy is needed.

Our extended family of 14 stayed for a week over New Years. We had an amazing vacation. The house is absolutely perfect in every way. It is beautifully designed. Everyone had privacy and there were so many wonderful gathering spaces that accommodated all 14 of us comfortably. We Were able to play games and watch Movies as a group in the media room and gather for cocktails before dinner on the large living room couch. We star gazed on the roof, we kayaked and snorkeled everyday. Sergio, the Chef sent from Chef Daveed was amazing. We could not appreciate his services more. While there was on-site maintenance and cleaning service we did not see or talk to them very much. The housekeeping is the only complaint we had - For the size of our group it would have been nice to have a little more clean up as it seemed Very minimal and one day was skipped entirely. We will communicate that need more in the future. Daniel, our host was lovely and easy to reach. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would absolutely recommend staying Casa Napa and having Chef Sergio! Jen
