This unique golf course features three diverse ecosystems: the tropical Mayan jungle, mangrove wetlands and the beach. This 7,024 yards par 72 layout plays along several miles of crystal- clear fresh water canals surrounded by mangrove and limestone walls. The course boasts two ocean holes with astonishing views of the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean Sea and Cozumel Island.
Our philosophy in golf schools is that we don’t teach a strict method. However, we do have a system and a strict method of how we teach. Our system is unique in that there is a lot of room for individual differences and allow all the teachers to use all their creativity. We don’t believe that everybody is going to fit into the same golf swing since everybody is built differently. There are a lot of different ways to make a golf swing and play golf and do it well, but we keep in mind basic fundamentals: body motion and club action. In our teaching method, you can do it your own way as long as you stay within the parameters or limits where we find good players who have been able to do it very well. This is a huge part of our teaching success.
Golf practice and player development are going through a period of tremendous change, and technology is a central component in that transformation. We invite you to unleash your potential with the ultimate swing and ball flight analysis technology used by the Pros on Tour that is available at the teaching center:
JC Video is the most technologically advanced motion analysis software system. It captures the student from all angles providing the most complete swing data (Down the line, Face On, Behind and Overhead). With this software we can analyze our students’ swings with comprehensive drawing tools and do comparisons to PGA Tour players in the database.
Trackman is a significant milestone in the evolution of golf instruction, coaching, and fitting. It delivers data in its purest form. Golf instructors can now analyze and diagnose with fact-based confidence. The mapping of swing DNA is now possible, as is the quantification and comparison of swing feel vs. real. Its radar system tracks everything the club does before, during, and after impact – from commonly known parameters like Club Path and Face Angle to Swing Direction and Spin Loft. It also tracks the full ball flight – from launch to landing and everything in between; including Launch Angle, Spin Rate and curvature.
