Say Hello to the Mexican Pacific and its Natural Charm

Sitting on the Mexican Pacific coast, Riviera Nayarit is a mesmerizing stretch of natural beauty, renowned for its pristine beaches, lush jungles, and vibrant and diverse flora and fauna. When the sun dips behind the warm ocean horizon, you’ll understand just why visitors flock to this coastal paradise.

From the charming fishing villages to the bustling beach residences, Riviera Nayarit holds a timeless allure that captivates travelers seeking a blend of tranquility and awe-inspiring landscapes

How to get there

Riviera Nayarit is easily accessible to international travelers. The central transport hub is the Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport in Puerto Vallarta, which receives daily flights from Los Angeles, Seattle, and Vancouver. Adjacent to the airport, the Aerotron FBO provides service to private aircraft.

You can also access this stunning region via Guadalajara International Airport, which offers direct flights from around the world. From there, it’s a scenic 3.5 to 4-hour drive to the Pacific coast.

When to go

Riviera Nayarit is an all-year-round destination. On average, it gets over 300 days of tropical sun a year, and from November until May – the high season – cool ocean currents make the weather pleasant and stable, attracting tourists worldwide. The winter is also perfect for wildlife tours and spotting humpback whales, dolphins, and even orcas in their natural habitat.

From June until October, visitors can expect regular spells of rain. The summer months are also known to be the hurricane season, although, under normal circumstances, isolated tropical showers come in the evenings, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the day. You will also find fewer crowds and lower prices, which may be ideal for those looking for additional privacy.
