Gizel is from Guadalajara in Jalisco and has been living in Playa since 2016. While she misses the Mariachi’s and traditional food from her home city she says the all the beautiful places within the Riviera Maya make up for it. She considers herself a bit of a history buff and has explored most of main touristic ruins in the area but she loves looking for those more hidden waiting to be discovered. Gizel loves visiting the beach with friends and although she cannot play anymore, loves watching the tennis in her free time.
