Hacienda 21

Lorenza was amazing with everything from A to Z. She helped plan our crazy trip with 17 people all travelling from all over the country. We would have come no where close to piecing everything together without her. It was overall an amazing experience and we will definitely use Maya Luxe in the future!

BOOK NOW AND REQUEST LORENZA! I dont event know where to start, my experience with Lorenza and Maya Luxe is the most supreme experience I’ve ever encountered when planning my travel. While I had ideas and places in mind, little did I know Lorenza would be my lifesaver in planning my combined bachelor and bachelorette party. The level and quality of communication Lorenza had with me, months leading up to my trip is absolutely insane, we talked regularly about reservations, she had amazing suggestions for arrival times to restaurants and clubs, the excursion she recommended was so so fun, and the transportation she set up for us was honestly the most amazing aspect of this all. To have reliable transportation be on time EVERY SINGLE DAY and to know we were in safe hands, thank you Lorenza for setting this up! Also, cannot thank you enough for your communication with the restaurants and my many change to reservations. Your assistance with our grocery list creation was impeccable, arriving to a filled villa with food and drinks was such a treat. I felt like Lorenza always had my best interested financially and for the enjoyment of my trip. We talked several times via zoom and it was so wonderful to put a face to the name, she is just as amazing in person as she is through email. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Hacienda 21 was INSANE, this place was BEAUTIFUL. It truly felt like a dream, each room was so simple and modern, clean and gorgeous. We felt like we were on love island in this beachy dream home. I wouldn’t change one thing about my experience with Maya Luxe or Lorenza, thank you thank you THANK YOU! :)
